Everybody wants to be healthy but most of us go for shortcuts. What we really need is a change in our lifestyle that we can follow no matter what. As a mother of two and a dietitian I know it's not easy with our busy life. But making a small step itself can have a big effect on our health.

Often health is linked to a word diet or dieting. A balanced diet should meet our daily need for calories, proteins, minerals, vitamins and other nutrients.

When we say we are healthy we should have total physical, mental, social well-being not merely the absence of disease.

Doing exercise or yoga in the morning and eating breakfast that include whole grains ,lean proteins and a fruit can give a healthy start .
